Don’t waste your time in the gym, know what to eat beforehand. This will ensure your body is primed and ready for a work-out. Your body needs a boost as it you will be expending a lot of energy once you are into your work-out. Carbohydrates are perfect for this and along with it you should have some Protein. Amino Acids or Protein are your building blocks for new muscle and having it on hand while you work-out will be vital for the growth process.
Also, since I cannot measure the calories burned in post exercise recovery, it is reasonable to assume that both HIIT and MDI workout methods actually burned a few more calories than I show. This is due to the after burn effect. And while the numbers are not huge, it is safe to assume that so our total calories burned in the HIIT and MDI workouts are relatively similar, and close to the equivalent of what was burned in a much longer LSD workout.
If you want some extra help with work out motivation, you can also try listening to subliminal messages. By listening to a subliminal download over and over again, it becomes easier to keep your promises about working out. It becomes easier to get into the habit of working out.
There are three ways to exercise to get in to shape. They are cardio, aerobics and weight lifting. You need a workout routine that incorporates weight lifting to see great results. I’m not saying you won’t see results with the other methods. I feel to transform your body and see instant results you need to lift weights. You can still do cardio or aerobics but also add weight lifting in to your workout routine. Now you don’t have to lift heavy but workout consistently with weights to see progress.
Being flexible should not mean being willy-nilly about it. In line with having a long term goal, you must have intermediate markers to gauge your progress. There are a lot of methods, but a time tested tool is to take pictures of yourself. By taking pictures of yourself at 30 day intervals, you can visually see progress and utilize it as a motivational tool to find that extra hour to work out.

There are so many different styles of videos available; you will be able to find several that match your personality. There are a vast array of exercise types including, cardio, yoga, Pilates, strength training and kickboxing just to name a few. When reading through one of the work out DVD reviews read in detail what exercise styles are included in the work out, many programs will include a few different styles to keep the program exciting.
Bottom line, an occasional walk may do the body and mind some good, but don’t waste much time or energy on aerobic training or feeder workouts to enhance recovery between workouts!
Challenge yourself to this modified commando workout methods and do this 3 to 4 times a week and do it on a 8 weeks basis. And see how much fitter and muscular you will become. Go ahead and give me 20!
